The jiggle on the underside or back of your arm is one of the most undersirable characteristics of the body. In order to drop the jiggle you've gotta work the triceps. Circuit of 4 exercises. Perform 10-15 reps per exercise with no rest in between exercises. Rest 1-2 minutes when the circuit is complete and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
