Queens, NY based Pilates instructor Monica Heiz brings you this next Pilates video you can do anywhere. Rolling through the spine to create movement and flexibility in the back and abdominals followed by movement in the hips. Great for toning the legs and abdominals as well as hip mobility! The last exercise in this series incorporates both! Rolling and movement including the hips. You can perform each exercise for 6-8 reps for two sets.
