Power Packed 3 Minute Circuit Workout

IFBB Bikini Pro and Amateur Boxer Jessica Lawrence and her coach Derek Panza bring you this high intensity full body circuit workout that will blast fat and build muscle in no time.  In this video you'll learn how to get through a three (3) minute round consisting of 3 exercises that you'll perform consecutively with no rest in between.  You'll then repeat the circuit 3-4 times depending upon your fitness level.  Not for the weak - this workout is grueling.  Can you hang?

Perform all three (3) exercises for 1 minute with no rest in between.  Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat the entire circuit.  Perform the circuit 3-4 times depending upon your fitness level.  If you don't have a sledge hammer and tire, you can swap this exercise out for something equally as grueling like mountain climbers.
