Lower Body Pilates Workout with Monica Heiz

Pilates is excellent for toning and strengthening. In this workout Monica takes you through three (3) exercises that are excellent for strengthening the legs and conditioning the core. You can do this workout at home, in the gym or incorporate it in to your regular training routine. All you need is a towel and some small hand weights. Get moving!
Perform each exercise back-to-back with no rest in between. Be sure to perform each exercise for 12-15 reps. Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat the circuit again for a total of 4 rotations.
