Train Calves for Sexy and Shapely Legs

While in Chicago we hooked up with FitnessRx forum member SandyW, at Quads Gyn, to find out how she trains calves.  In this exclusive video Sandy takes you through her favorite calf workout for building sexy and shapely calves.  This workout is quick and easy and should be done 1-2 times per week for best results.

1. Standing Calf - 3 x 15/15/15
- do 15 reps with toes pointed out
- do 15 reps with toes pointed in
- finish with 15 reps toes straight forward

2. Seated Calf - 3 x 15

3. Bodyweight Standing Calf Raise - 1 x as many as you can do with your own bodyweight
