Target Your Thighs With the Body Bar

Sometimes it's hard to remember which part of the thigh is targeted with the Abduction machine and which is targeted with Adduction machine. Think of it like this; Abduction is like you're being abducted or taken away - your legs are moving away from the center of your body. This exercise works both regions! Give this simple move a try to tighten and tone your thighs.
