Most nutrition experts recommend taking a pound of protein per pound of bodyweight for female athletes1; this can be hard to consume through food alone. Consuming three New Whey Liquid ProteinTM in conjunction with regular meals makes getting your protein requirements for the day. New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is the ultimate in convenient protein supplementation.

Women Need More Protein

Healthy diets should regularly include high-quality, low-fat sources of protein, like whey protein. Calories do count and you want to make sure that you are getting the most benefit from the calories you consume. Compared to other proteins, on a gram-to-gram basis, whey protein delivers more essential amino acids to the body, but without the fat or cholesterol. Nutrition experts recommend a diet with a variety of protein foods but for optimal results, make sure that one of them is whey protein. Whey should be the cornerstone of all women’s supplement programs. In the last year, it has become clear that whey protein offers many health and fitness benefits to women. The many health benefits of whey protein include:
•    Reduced appetite2, 3
•    Increased lean muscle mass4
•    Increased fat loss5
•    Increased plasma antioxidants6
•    Enhanced muscle recovery7, 8

The Great Protein Bar Deception

In the past, protein-on-the-go has been limited to protein bars. Protein bars pack a large amount of calories— 220 to 320. New Whey Liquid ProteinTM contains no unnecessary calories seen in "protein bars." New Whey Liquid ProteinTM contains only 100 calories. The problem with protein bars is that you are not always getting what you think is in protein bars. Many protein bars have added carbohydrates that you may not be aware of. This means you may be consuming more carbohydrates than you realize with protein bars. For example, glycerin is a popular additive included in protein bars for palatability and consistency, making the bar chewy and velvety in texture. However, glycerin is rarely counted among carbohydrate grams in lower carbohydrate bars, because it would drive the number up too high. Another major group of ingredients to be aware of are sugar alcohols. Ingredients such as Maltitol, Lactitol, Sorbitol and Xylitol may replace conventional sugar, but may create more serious problems. Sugar alcohol can cause bloating, severe gas or abdominal distress. New Whey Liquid ProteinTM has no carbohydrates or added sugars; this means no nausea, heartburn, bloating, or cramps.

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM – Three Protein Blends in 1 Vial

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is made up of three proteins to achieve a patent-pending formula that is both highly bioavailable and complete. It is crucial that protein supplements are complete proteins, meaning it contains the appropriate amounts of all essential amino acids. Incomplete proteins are not capable of benefiting muscle growth and performance gains. To achieve this high level of quality, all three protein sources in New Whey Liquid ProteinTM are enzymatically hydrolyzed or cut into peptides, making the combination of proteins complete and more "bioavailable" than other any protein powder, bar or liquid on the market. New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is more bioavailable than regular whey, whether it is isolated or concentrated, because of the speed in which whey passes through the stomach and small intestines. This high speed causes a significant amount of malabsorption.ids-whey-fruit-punch

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM – Superior Bioavailability

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM a revolutionary protein blend in made up of a special grade of protein called hydrolyzed proteins. Hydrolyzed proteins are used in a very small percentage of products because of its high cost to manufacture. Hydrolyzed proteins are derived from complete proteins, oftentimes through an enzymatic process of breaking down the protein into smaller constituents called peptides. Generally, the smaller the peptide, the easier and faster the protein is to digest and absorb. Many whey protein bars and drinks can cause bloating and cramping; this is due to the malabsorption low-quality whey drinks and bars are the result of the denatured protein molecules. What is denatured protein? Denaturing occurs when the normal structure of the protein molecules are broken down into an abnormal structure as a result of heat or acid processing (typically for the purposes of pasteurizing or baking protein drinks and bars). This denatured protein can be much more difficult to absorb than non-denatured protein. In contrast, New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is extremely heat stable, because it is made completely with a full range of essential amino acids in peptide form and not denatured in any way.

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM- Clinically Proven Results!

Unlike many other research companies, IDS has clinically proven research to back up their product. In their study, 15 athletes were randomly divided to consume IDS New Whey Liquid ProteinTM 10 minutes prior to an exercise session and 15 minutes following the workout or a placebo. Subjects performed a lower body resistance exercise training session, which consisted of 4 sets of the squat, deadlift and barbell lunge exercises and then returned to the lab at 24 and 28 hours to repeat the workout session. The rest interval between each set was 90 seconds. Each set was performed with 80 percent of the subject’s previously measured 1-repetition maximum. The researchers found that the group consuming New Whey Liquid ProteinTM could perform more repetitions at 24 and 48 hours after exercise, compared to the placebo group. The results of this study indicate that subjects who consume New Whey Liquid ProteinTM before and after a resistance training session have a significantly greater improvement in exercise recovery 24- and 48-hours post-exercise than subjects ingesting a placebo.8
New Whey Liquid ProteinTM has also been fortified with a full spectrum of water-soluble vitamins to give your body the nutrients and extra energy it needs for today's hectic lifestyle. New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is a compact, highly bioavailable protein beverage that fills the nutritional gap left by most meals and snacks.

New Whey Liquid ProteinTM is:

•    Heat stable; refrigeration is optional.
•    NO messy mixing of powders; no messy clean up! Fits in your purse!
