1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon honey 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 3 cups cubed unpeeled red delicious apples 1 cup sliced celery 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds Lettuce leaves |

To make the dressing, combine the first four ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Place apple, celery and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Chill and divide evenly between four bowls lined with leaf lettuce.
