gfit-fun-bfast-thumbFun for the whole family - make your egg the One-Eyed way!  This is an all time favorite and one that is totally kid approved! :)  Instead of serving your egg on toast or with toast, why not serve your egg in toast!  This is a classic easy breakfast.  It takes a little bit more time than your typical protein shake and oatmeal but fun for the weekends when you may have a little bit more time to spare and more time to spend cooking up your breakfast.
