Ever wonder why you feel so good after a workout or any other form of exercise? Ok, so you’re a little out of breath and your muscles are a little tired, but you really do feel better than before you started. You have a feeling of contentment and euphoria, a “natural high.”
When the going gets rough - keep moving!
We have all had speed bumps in our lives that seems like eternity to drive over. Sometimes we even stall right on top of it. Right now I am sitting on top of a speed bump and slowly going over it. I have had to make changes in my life and sitting with a question mark wondering if it was for the best. Here are some examples of when the going gets rough:
Action Breeds More Action

When I get caught up or overwhelmed I remember this simple truth: Action Breeds More Action. Sometimes I repeat this twenty-five times just for morning cardio! Getting dressed, putting my shoes on, and starting the treadmill can be the most daunting task if I allow it to be. Once I get started, fifteen minutes can be done before I even know it!
Not feeling well? Your healthy foods may be to blame..
Even the healthiest of foods can wreak havoc on certain individuals. Food intolerances are fairly common and produce symptoms including migraines, skin rashes and digestive problems when consuming culprit food items. Wheat, dairy, soy and products containing gluten are a few things people have to eliminate from their diet due to the inability to digest or break down the food.
