“Top Trainers” Workout Program Review

top-trainers-dvd-review-thuEver since I did the “The Butt Bible” six-week program, I’ve been interested in trying another DVD program that has a set guideline on a day-to-day basis. So I went from a six-week program … to a 60-day one! This “Top Trainers” program is unlike any other I’ve done before. It comes with 10 workout DVDs, as well as a 60-day workout calendar that explains which workouts to do on each day. So instead of getting one trainer, you are getting 10 and you are mixing up your workout daily.
