    Default Beachbody Products

Recently, I purchased a library of Beachbody products, namely Turbo Jam and Brazilian Butt Lift. Does anybody have these or any other Beachbody products, and if so, have they worked for you?

I have P90&p90X,brazil butt lift, insanity, slim in six,10 minute trainer and just to add I recently bought Jackie Warner & Jillian Michaels. You get quick result if you follow the programme... Recently my belly use to jump like jello when I run and after 5 days on P90X, now its toning up and no more jiggles

I did P90X and I'm now doing Insanity. i enjoyed P90X and it definitely helped my strength but I got bored of Tony very quickly and ended up just doing it on mute with my own music playing. So far Insanity is kicking my a**. I think with any dvd exercise program you can choose to put in as much effort as you want. I do my best to push myself hard and I think both programs did what they said they would do. That being said I didn't choose to follow the diet program on either so my results were not as "extreme"

i am moving in a month and i won't be as close to my gym (i'll be closer to a YMCA but those aren't really my thing. i like a real "gym"), so i am hoping to sacrifice some time and still drive to my gym but also possibly invest in a workout dvd when i can't make it there. i don't have any gym equipment at home and don't really want to invest too much money. i wouldn't be able to commit to the dvd every day, but i would love to have something on hand (especially when winter sets in and i don't want to drive). which of the dvd's mentioned would be best? i'm thinking insanity?

I want to purchase P90x. Any advice for which dvds? I thought the only option was to purchase all 13. Are there others available/singles? What stores or only online?

Um...I don't think you can buy the DVDs separately. As far as Insanity, I don't know that I could muster the stamina needed for that. I also think it would make my knee much worse as it has a lot of plyo-type moves. Hubby wants to try it.

I haven't tried any of the DVD's but have many co-works that have done P90X and love it. I have been tossing around the idea of Insanity for quite some time now. Please let us know how you like it. You don't need any equipment at home right?

The reason P90x has so many dvds is because it is a complete program and you use different dvds on different days, so no you cannot buy them separately. P90X is a good program, but yes tony is very annoying lmao!! Insanity is an amazing program and I would recommend it to anyone!! Awesome awesome awesome workout!! Very tough! Those are the only two I have tried and I liked them both. Beachbody has a good line of products..

I like Tony. Maybe because I haven't been consistent with P90X and I haven't seen him 90 days in a row. I love the Ab Ripper workout and the shoulder/arms workout.

I really like the Insanity workout videos. I think it's an overall good program that may help someone get back on track. it's nice because theres no equipment it's all with your own bodyweight. I'm the type of person I bulk up too big with weights but with my own body resistance it helps me out a lot. If you push yourself in the videos you will sweat a lot! It differs from cardio, plyometrics, and strength training.
    Hope this helps out some.

I have had great results with P90X. I've now moved onto ChaLEAN Extreme and WOW it kicks butt too! I also have Hip Hop Abs and Brazilian Butt Lift. I don't think I will try Insanity because Shaun T got on my nerves too bad in HHA... but who knows I may change my mind. Let us know what you decide and be sure to post your results from them. It helps keep us motivated and inspired!!!

I have done most of the Beachbody programs including P90, Turbo Jam, Insanity, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, 10 Minute Trainer, and RevAbs over the last 5 years. During that time I have lost 43 lbs and kept the weight off. I work out 6 days a week and eat as cleanly as possible. Turbo Fire and Insanity are my favorites. You cannot buy any of the dvds individually; you must buy a complete program. Each one typically includes multiple dvds and workouts so you don't get bored. Most programs are 60 - 90 days although Slim in 6 is only 6 weeks long. Most programs also have advanced programs and supplemental programs that you can purchase to either extend or enhance the base schedule.

Although you can find BB programs on Ebay or Craigs List, I would highly encourage anyone to purchase directly from the Beachbody site or through a Coach's website to a) receive all of the extras/goodies/gifts that Beachbody gives to its customers and b) ensure you're buying an original, not bootlegged copy. Feel free to message me if you have any specific questions.

Depending on which program you pick there is not a lot of equipment required. For instance, I'm doing insanity right now. And one of the main reason I love it, is because its a lot of cardio (my weak point and trying to work on) and for the other movements you use body resistance, so you are using your own body weight for strength training.

I've used almost all of the Beachbody programs over the last 5 years, including P90, P90 master series, Insanity, Turbo Jam, RevAbs, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Turbo Fire. I am a devotee of all things Beachbody because I've seen real results from using the products...43 lbs lost and I've maintained that loss for 4 years. All of the programs include the required accessories to complete the program except weights and the pull up bar required in P90X. You don't need a lot of room to do any of the workouts either.

I believe in the products so much that I became a Coach so I could help others find their passion and excitement for health and fitness. If you're even thinking about trying a program you should...everything comes with a 30 day money back guarantee so you risk nothing if you don't like it.
