FYI - Alli is the weight loss pill that also may cause watery diarrhea. Uncontrollable. Not to mention, the idea is that it blocks absorption of fat and your body needs fat. If you're not taking in enough fats in your diet, any/all fat-soluble vitamins will not be absorbed possibly leading to a deficiency which is much more dangerous in the long run than body fat loss.
The best way to lose body fat is to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise program in to your daily regime. Make it your lifestyle, not a crash diet!
