Default Weight Loss Makes Women Feel Sexier

Weight Loss Makes Women Feel Sexier
Seventy-five percent of women don’t like the way they look in the nude. That’s true even among women with terrific bodies. Overweight women often feel self-conscious and inhibited in bed. The good news is that losing even 5 pounds makes women feel sexier, no matter what they weigh. A Reader’s Digest poll on sexual activity and weight showed that women who lost 10 percent of their weight reported increased sexual satisfaction. The results were similar for men and women. Nearly 50 percent thought that weight loss made them feel sexier and improved libido. The study showed that men are nearly as sensitive about excess fat as women. Overweight men said they were self-conscious about their weight and were less likely to bare it all and go shirtless in the bedroom. Some women were so sensitive about their big butts that they would only exit the bedroom backside first. Women who lost weight reported an increased frequency and desire for sex. Lose a few pounds if you want to spice up your sex life. (New York Post, January 7, 2008)

aren't we funny,99% of the time our husband's think we are the sexiest things in the world and we continually criticize ourselves. Luckily men don't get offended by our wierdo behaviour.

Sometimes us women should just be quiet and believe what the men are telling us.

Some men get offended by our wierdo behaviour! But I think it may be more of a 'shut your mouth and just believe me when I say that you are gorgious'! But still sometimes it is very difficult to believe them! No matter how hard you try!

Yeah I know what you mean. But it's all part of learning to accept others compliments, etc. It's best to just say thank you and smile. It's better if you can truly believe what they are saying because it will only build you up to feel even more sexy.

But I read somewhere recently that if you exercise alot..which i tend to do..it can also lead to limited desire for sex. Something about the chemicals in your body that get depleated when working out hard..or just working out. Sometimes it can mean your low energy levels and desires can cause you to not want sex nearly as much. but think this might be due in part to a bad health plan from the get go. I have to say..my ex bf and me worked out alot..and when we dumped alot of weight our sex life was through the roof. And Im not ashamed to say it still is. but all in all i think poor diet with exercise can lead to low sexual desire. but im not to sure on how true that can be.

I would think the opposite because when you exercise the testosterone levels in your body are higher, this alone should cause an increase in libido (even for women).
