I'm Cynthia just starting this new beginning in life and looking at different products to help me out. I have reed allot on Gaspari and like what i read and see but still a little scared about taking any of these products. Please help with any info you have about it.

Hey thanks! That would be great too see you there! I am competing through the Ontario Physique Association (OPA). It is the only organization here that has a tier system to an IFBB Pro card.

Hi fellow canadian!!! I was wondering what competitions you are competing in and where they are? i think I want to go to a competition and see one happen before I commit to taking it on....it would be great but is very itimidating to me! You're a great inspiration!!

Aw thank you girl.. yes I am super busy. Its non stop all day lol.. I take the kiddos to the gym with me in the morning. My gym has 2hrs childcare so it works out. Before I worked at home, but I since joined the gym in April. I am pretty proud actually

How do you find time to workout? You are such an inspiration! Two babies n a fam to take care of n you look amazing, and you did it on your own... You must be really proud of yourself!

I just happened to pick up a womens fitness mag and there was your story. You should be so proud of the work you have done. You ody looks great! I hope i can get there one day myself. I have two also my son is 3 and my daughter turns 1 in two weeks. I know you did alot of your workouts at home is there a place(dear diary) where i can see what you did to start??
